SCAD X Power House | Week 1 - Inspiration

During the first week, we met our mentor from Power House and our team (Team Blue) got the inspiration to do Facial Augmentation for our pitch.

My Responsibility for Week 1

1. Atmosphere Reference

I collected all reference images from Pinterest and Unsplash as our mood board

2. Shot Location (Tybee)

I photographed all those images at Tybee through the mobile phone.

3. Conceptual Pitch (Three shots)

I composited three storyboards in photoshop and try my best to match our story scene

• An establishing shot includes camera move and CG integration

• The obelisk will have sinister engravings, with grass around and a wavering flag near the obelisk

Shot_02

• Close up shot of a hand reaching out to the obelisk is a still camera shot

• Showing the details of the engravings on the obelisk

• Stretch Goal: Add a glow effect on the obelisk. There would be relighting needed for stone and hand

• A close-up shot of the actor includes face augmentation

• Facial tracking using Keen Tools’ Face builder for Nuke

• Slow zoom in camera movement
